Have you tried rain barrels?

I have a neighbor who uses rain barrels to collect water for her garden, I have a deck that hangs over a lot of my backyard so I can't say I'm a user of rain barrels.

We've been getting a lot of rain here in PA too. It's cold too. It feels as if spring just left.

Oh there isn't any flooding by my house. This is on my commute home. Besides some puddles my backyard is fairing nicely so far.

last weekend it was sunny and in the 70's... Felt like summer! Now it's 50 and it's been raining all week, definitely doesn't feel like spring.

I'm not home yet. But my house is in a mini valley. If the roommate calls me all panicked something's gone wrong.

oh man good luck on your drive home, people tend to make poor driving decisions whenever it rains like this haha!

Haha, It's just Dc drivers doing their thing. Being shitty drivers.
Everybody will be doing about 20 in zero traffic on 395. But what do I expect?

you should've seen the traffic clusterfuck I witnessed before I took this picture, I had just driven past a high school. Young NoVa drivers + rain=get the hell out of there asap
